Free standard shipping on all orders over $80 (AUS and NZ only)
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from Canberra, ACT within 24 hours of purchase (business days only). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has beenshipped.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer the following shipping options for all Australian orders:
• Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD — estimated delivery 2–10 business days
• Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD — estimated delivery 1–4 business days
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $90.00 AUD
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. Remote and rural areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand via standard international post. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by New Zealand authorities are the responsibility of the customer. Koala Pair is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.
